We're super excited! The WPJA (Wedding Photojournalist Association) just announced the winners of their latest contest...the largest of the year, the year-end Winter 2006. Man, are there some great photos in this contest from photographers from all over the world....and I'm very honored to be among them! I won 3 placements this time! That's the most in any one contest I've ever won...and to boot: I got 1st place Ceremony! Awesome! I also got 9th place in Creative Use of Mirrors and 17th place in Scene Setters. Here are the screen captures from the winners page:

Congratulations, Corey! The photo that won first place in the "Ceremony" category is one of my all time favorites. The little girl looks like a small angel. I am not surprised that you won in three categories. Way to go!
