Merry Christmas! Yes, I'm at the studio this morning. We have family coming to the house this afternoon and I'll be need to get back, but I had a few things I needed to take care of today or people would have to wait even longer for their photos. I want to deliver as many photos to people today so that they might enjoy sharing them with friends and family during the holidays. And for those that criticize that I should be editing and not blogging, even if you don't take into account my averaging 15 hours a day, 7 days a week, I think that my working for you on Christmas should be evidence enough to the dedication and commitment I have to making my clients happy.

Happy Holidays!!

Happy Holidays!!!

Here I sit, working, on Christmas Eve. It's a good thing I love my job! I'll have to come in tomorrow too for a little while....people need their pictures! I have two more weddings left to deliver for the year and we're almost finished with those, so that's a good feeling. I'll be shooting one more wedding in 2006 on New Year's Eve here in Asheville. It promises to be quite the event so we're excited about that! I'm trying to get all caught up since Jill's parents will be here visiting later this week and I'd like to be able to take some time off to spend with them.

I hope all of your Holidays are full of cheer and joy!

Things certainly have not slowed down any now that the Holidays are upon us! We still have a few weddings to deliver, but are still on track for a timely delivery. Although, I've been averaging 16-hour days, seven days a week, for the past several months, I've managed to squeeze in just a bit of time for friends and family lately as holiday parties are abundant. Here's a shot Jill took of Chris Record and I at his Christmas party in Charlotte taken this past weekend....thanks for being such a great host Chris! Chris is, of course, an extrememly talented photojournalist and shot our own wedding a few years ago.
