Rockstar Workshop: Day 4

I (Amber) woke up on the morning of Day 4, just a little tired. The Halloween party from the night before was a raging success, and I could tell by my desire to sleep for just a few more minutes. Thankfully, Corey had decided that he was going to drive the Landy in to the studio that morning, and as I hadn't yet ridden in it, I was excited about getting to finally do that.

My tiredness quickly dissipated after the exhilarating ride in. Corey spent the day talking about Delivery and Workflow. There was an incredible amount of information to be digested, I feel like he could give an entire workshop on just these two topics, as he has so much knowledge to share!

After the day's lessons, all the students headed outside for a surprise shoot. Corey had planned for us to shoot each other's headshots! Great fun! We all prowled around the premises trying to get great new bio shots for one another.

We had to hang out by the Landy a bit more (more of these tomorrow!):

That night, we had dinner at Fiddlin' Pigs. Dinner was sponsored by Photographer's Solutions. Sadly, I think all of the images that we took that night are on Jeremy's camera, so I will have to blog those at a later date.

We had a good time enjoying one another's company, and celebrating the workshop's success!

Stayed tuned for the Rockin' Baby Shoots update!

Hi Corey, Amber & Jeremy!

I am so sad that our week is over! I miss you guys already!

Corey, I knew coming in to this workshop that you were going to show us just how to give our clients the rockstar treatment, but what I didn't know was that over the course of the week, you would make us feel like rockstars too.

You left no angle of this business untouched. You brought in the best of the best guest speakers for each topic. You showed us the reality of what is needed in order to truly attain our goals in this amazing field of work, and did it in a way that had me walking out of your studio on Friday feeling like I could just about fly.

I just can't thank you enough.

Hi all,
The workshop was amazing. It makes this week downright boring. I learned so much, met some great people and now am hard at work putting to work all that I've learned. I am truly excited about the new direction and inspiration that the workshop gave me.
